At the event, Fido Fest offers a unique opportunity to promote your business/organization to several hundred in attendance, all while showing your support of animals in the community. In addition, several sponsorship levels are included in the event’s marketing campaign which reaches the community through our webpage, social media, promotional items, email blasts (reaching thousands of adopters), volunteers and supporters, ads in local newspapers, and posters and handbills at local businesses.

Since 1997, Humane Tomorrow has changed the lives of thousands of homeless, abused, and unwanted animals by providing spay/neuter programs, adoption opportunities, and education to the public about animal welfare. Proceeds from Fido Fest support:

  • The Mercy Fund, established in 1998 to allow us to help animals with injuries or illnesses whose cost far exceeds their adoption fees.
  • Our ability to take in sick, abused, and unwanted animals to try to find their forever homes.

Humane Tomorrow is a 501(c)3 organization. All contributions are tax-deductible as provided by law.

SPONSORSHIP/VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

Included in your sponsorship of Fido Fest 2021 is the opportunity to set up an exhibition space at the event, where you can meet the hundreds of individuals and families who attend this event!

  • $100 ~ Exhibitor,* with one 10’x10’ space at event and business name (no logo) on event webpage.
  • $150 ~ Canine Companion, Exhibitor level, plus recognition on digital and traditional advertising (including posters, email blasts, and social media); ability to provide promotional item/materials to stick in fun walk participant bags; business name (no logo) on t-shirts, posters, and webpage (with live link to business webpage for one year).
  • $250 ~ Tail Wagger, Canine Companion level, plus small logo placement on t-shirts, posters, and webpage (with live link to business webpage for one year). Up to 2 representatives from your business may participate in the 1-mile fun walk free of charge and receive an event t-shirt.
  • $500 ~ Best Friend, Tail Wagger level, plus medium logo placement on t-shirts, posters, and webpage (with live link to business webpage for one year) and priority placement and live announcement at event. Up to 5 representatives from your business may participate in the 1-mile fun walk free of charge and receive an event t-shirt.
  • $1000 ~ Top Dog, Best Friend level, plus large logo placement on t-shirts, posters, webpage (with live link to business webpage for one year), handbills, and ads in newspapers; two live announcements at event; and ability to hang business banner at event. Up to 10 representatives from your business may participate in the 1-mile fun walk free of charge and receive an event t-shirt.
  • $2000 ~ Alpha Dog, Be the official co-sponsor of Fido Fest 2021! One business can receive top billing with Humane Tomorrow at every opportunity, including headline sponsor billing. Top Dog level, plus premiere logo placement on t-shirts, posters, webpage (with live link to business webpage for one year), handbills, and ads in newspapers; and three live announcements at event. Up to 20 representatives from your business may participate in the 1-mile fun walk free of charge and receive an event t-shirt.

*Non-profit/501c3 organizations may have an Exhibitor space for free.

    • Paying by credit card or PayPal? Click HERE to complete your sponsor/vendor payment, which will include a 3% convenience fee that we incur from PayPal.

Registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. For Canine Companion ($150) level and above, any promotional item/materials for participant bags must be submitted by September 25. For Tail Wagger ($250) level and above, the registration form must be completed and payment received by September 16 to guarantee presence on print advertising, including t-shirts. Additionally, logos must be emailed to ffvendors@humanetomorrow.org by September 16 to be included on print graphics. Please send the logo as both a one-color Photoshop .eps file (for highest quality on t-shirts) and a full color .png file (for use on the event poster and webpage). A letter of receipt will be e-mailed to you to confirm your sponsorship donation.
